Design of Earthquake Disaster Rapid Reporting System in Yunnan

In order to acquire the earthquake-disaster information more efficiently so as to facilitate the rapid, post-earthquake report of the disasters, we built an earthquake disaster rapid reporting system to collect and display the earthquake-disaster information in Yunnan. The design scheme is described including its goal, overall framework, technical processes, main functions, and key techniques. A test on the prototype system proved that the scheme is feasible.
