Present Situation and Prospect of Submarine Seismic Observation Technology

  • This paper reviews the seismic observation technology at domestic and overseas, classifies and dissects seismic detectors of ocean and land, it emphatically analyzes the technical requirements and critical technical issues of ocean bottom seismograph and puts forward the highest priority to raise the recovery rate of equipments, improves the signal quality, enhances the anti-interference performance, reduces clock drift and power consumption etc. This paper indicates that the development direction of the ocean bottom seismograph is to improve the technical performance and manufacturing technology, reduce the manufacturing cost and expand its application, so as to serve the scientific research, resource exploration, preventing disasters and reducing damages.
