Abstract
This paper analyzes the various influence factors of building aseismic capability and selects outthe main factors on basisof earthquake damage matrixes ofseveral Chinese large and medium cities.Firstly, we calculate theearthquake damage matrix similarityweightingof each citythrough weighted hamming distance method, and then calculate associationdegree between the earthquake damage matrix and the target citythrough grey correlation method, and finally obtain differential weighting correlation matrix.Using the incidence matrix instead of expert scoring matrix in the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), it can reduce the subjective factors of the method and make itquantitative.Blending together the weighted hamming distance method, grey correlation method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) according to their respective characteristics, the new fitting method for earthquake damage matrix solves the limitations of the three methods. The reliability and feasibility of the new fitting method is proved inmulti-storey steel structure building multivariate algorithm of earthquake damage prediction in ShanghaiPudong new area.
