Spatial Location and Activity Research on the North Section of Anqiu-Juxian Fault and Changyi-Dadian Fault From Zhuli

  • The north section of Anqiu-Juxian fault and Changyi-Dadian fault from Zhuli is mostly concealed under the Quaternary system and has little outcrops. On the basis of a large number of geophysical detection results in recent years, combining with the field geological investigation, drilling verification and comparison analysis of fault activity information, this study expounds the location and structure characteristic of the Anqiu-Juxian fault and the Changyi-Dadian fault, studies the modern fracture activity using the method of seismic geology and quaternary geology based on absolute age data. The results show that the Anqiu-Juxian fault mainly cuts across the northern Fangjatun village, eastern slope of Wenshan, western Shiwandian-south viilage, eastern Houliu village of Dongzhong town and Xiaying village, etc. and is a late Pleistocene active fault. As the eastern boundary faults of the east-graben on the east of the Tanlu fault zone, the Changyi-Dadian fault controls the west boundry of granite rock mass of Qingshan and Qinglongshan in the east side of the Weihe. The Changyi-Dadian fault goes across the east side of Dongjia village, eastern Xiaying and extends to the Laizhou Bay; it is nearly parallel to the Anqiu-Juian fault to northward and is an early Pleistocene fault.
