The Method of Revision Single seismic station Moderate-strong earthquake Magnitude's deviation

This paper edited and corrected the M_S4.5 and above moderate-strong earthquake's surface wave magnitude of Huaibei seismic station (for short Huaibei station),contrast with the China Earthquake Netwok Center (for short CENC)magnitude parameter by a standard.Define the method of Two-dimensional revision of magnitude,comparative analysis of the two revision methods,we concluded that the method of T wo-dimensional revision of magnitude is remarkable and effectable.
