CONTRASTIVE ANALYSIS OF FLUXGATE MAGNETOMETER OBSERVATION AT HONGSHAN SEISMIS STATION

Based on 2010-2012 observation at Hongshan seismic station,this paper compared background noise,baseline value,pre-processing sub-data and daily mean of the fluxgate magnetometer GM4-1 and GM4-2 which are the same manufacturer and model.The results show that: (1)the daily average change curves of each compound of the two sets of instruments are well consistent with each other; (2)the noise value and residual standard deviation values of each component of GM4-2 are greater than or equal to that of GM4-1; (3)The instrument sensitivity of the GM4-2 is lower than that of the GM4-1.
