ANALYSIS ON TRENDS OF URBAN BUILDING ENERGY CONSUMPTION IN HEBEI PROVINCE
Based on the data in "Hebei Economic Yearbook" and other energy consumption data in the literature, This paper analysis the situation of the buildings and building consumption in Hebei Province in recent years.Using linear regression method and the per capita area method, it forecasts the trends of building energy consumption in heating and other building energy consumption.
