  • In this paper, we introduce a heat metering reformation scheme for a residential area, and expound the evaluation of the energy saving effect before and after the heating metering renovation.By means of testing and evaluation for energy efficiency of the residential area, it is a effective method to restrain the vertical imbalance of heating system, through the heat metering renovation for existing residential buildings.
