FHD VECTOR PROTON MAGNETOMETER CALIBRATION TECHNOLOGY

  • FHD vector proton magnetometer use compensation measuring method(Nelson method) and a bias measuring method(Sensor method) for measuring horizontal vector and magnetic declination relative changes.However, instrumental error and long-term drift will have effects on the long-term stability of observation data.In order to eliminate or correct the effect, this paper analyzes the observation error and puts forward a correlative factors correction method and steps, and also puts forward the forward observation system drift amount judgment and estimation methods, as well as the problems in the calibration process that should be paid attention to.These measures have a great monitoring effect on the FHD proton magnetometer calibration effect and quality.
