Observation System Fault Analysis and Preliminary Diagnosis System Construction of the Ground Resistivity Observation System

  • Ground resistivity observation systems of 5 seismological stations in Shanxi Province are introduced. Operation conditions of ground resistivity instruments of different types are comprehensively analyzed to summarize experiences in discriminating and repairing a variety of typical faults in the ground resistivity observation system, an optimal construction scheme of the system is proposed and a preliminary diagnosis system is established.References for earthquake analysis and prediction by using observation data of ground resistivity are provided for seismic forecast experts.
