模型偏差对定位结果的影响

THE EFFECT OF MODEL DEVIATION ON LOCATION RESULTS

  • 摘要: 本文从理论和数值实验两个方面分析了水平层状定位模型中各参数偏差对测定震源深度的影响,得到了相互映证的一致结果。地壳总厚度及各层厚度偏差、深层参数偏差、合并层及波速比取定值均可带来较大且复杂的影响。多路径波到时,主要是初至直达和各层绕射P、S波综合用于定位有利于抑制各种参数偏差的影响,提高测震定位的准确度,仅用直达波或单层模型定位则难以作到。同时指出了用不同台组资料测定的震源深度差反演三维地壳速度结构的可能性。由于模型对定位结果的影响不亚于台站布局和时间服务精度,所以本文着重讨论模型偏差对定位结果的影响;在台站包围震中等限定情況下,不论用何种模型均可得到十分精确的震中位置模型的影响主要表现为震源深度测不准,因此本文讨论了限定情况下震源深度测定值偏差同模型偏差的关系及其意义。

     

    Abstract: The effect of parameters error in horizontal muiti-layered model used in location on depth determination is discussed both in theory and numerical experiment, and the consistent result is obtained. It is obvious that the errors in total thickness of earth's crust and layers, the deviation of lower iayers, parameters, the united layer and equal velocity ratio (Vp/Vs) used in layers etc. may lead to significant and complex affection which areno-liteable factors, generaly. It is sugggested that combinning data of waves travelling through various paths, mainly first P, S arrivals of direct and refracted waves trasmitting different layers, are useful for repressing the effect of model parameters' deviation on the error of depth tietermination, and the tocation method with direct waves only or sinlile layered crust method is useness for improving the location accuracy. Finally, the possibility of inverting 3-dimension crustal structure based on depth differences determined with data of various station-set is pointed out.
