沂沭断裂带断层泥力学性质的研究

A STUDY OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THE YISHU FAULT GOUGE

  • 摘要: 断层泥是组成断层的地质材料中力学性质最薄弱的一环。了解断层泥的力学性质对研究断层的动力学问题十分重要。本文介绍了华北的一条重要断裂-沂沭断裂的断层泥力学性质的实验研究结果。对断层的五个分支的16种样品进行了测定,得到了以下的力学量的平均值:体积模量为6.09×104巴;杨氏模量为2.10×103巴;粘滞系数为2.68×1011泊;抗压强度为35.7巴,抗剪强度为6.12巴;弹性波速为1.80公里/秒。

     

    Abstract: Fault gouge is the weakest portion of the geological materials which compose the faults in respect of mechanical properties.It is important to understand the mechanical properties of gouge for studying the dynamical problems of faults.In this paper the experimental results of mechanical properties of gouge of Yishu Fault-an important fault in North China-are reported.After measuring sixteen samples taken from five branchs of the fault,the following average mechanical quantities were obtained, the bulk modulus is 6.09×104bars; the Young's modulus is 2.10×103 bars,the viscosity is 2,68×1011 Poise; the compressive strength is 35.7 bars; the shear strength is 6.12 bars and the compressive wave velocity is 1,80km/sec
