Abstract: By introducing the management method of the target mangement and the ration check which the Seismological Bureau of Jiaozuo City tries out, the author inquires into the practical application of the modern management method in local seismological work.At the same time, the paper expounds the scientific and effective properties of this method, and demonstrates the positive role of the scientific management in local seismological work by examples of the practieal work.
