Abstract: On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the Xingtai earthquake and the twentieth anniversary of the Tangshan earthquake, the author, through personal understanding on many important instructions on seismological work of late respected Premier Zhou Enlai, Looked back the course of the seismological scientific research and many comcepts put forward in earthquake prediction research in the past thirty years. These achievements were all obtained under the inspiration of the late Premier Zhou Enlai's instructions and the strong sense of responsibility, which have been looked back for the reference for readers.
