THE FINITE ELEMENT MODELLING FOR THE FRACTURE PROCESS OF 1966 XINGTAI EARTHQUAKE SEQUENCE

  • 摘要: 本文根据各时期余震活动图型,震源机制解及地震前后地形变水平矢量分布等资料,提出了邢台地震破裂过程的断层模式,并用断裂有限元方法进行了大量计算得到与观测资料符合最佳的解。

     

    Abstract: Based on the aftershoek distribution in different periods of time, focal mechanism solution aud horizontal deformation related to the earthquakes, a new fault model for the fracture process of the 1966 Xingtai earthquake sequence is suggested in this paper. A variety of computation is proceeded by using finite elemet method then the fault parameters which are best fitted with the observational results are given in this paper.
