A Study on Public Opinion Strategy of New Media Platforms of Earthquake in Emergency Responses

  • 摘要: 在大数据时代背景下,为了解决因片段化的新媒体在传播时复杂性加剧而造成的“信息茧房”问题,通过研究地震网络传播过程,深入分析信息传播的规律,总结当前的舆论诱导弊端,利用具有即时性特点的新媒体合理引导地震网络舆情,帮助地震部门采取有效措施进行舆情监测,在防震减灾方面能发挥重要作用,希望给今后的防震减灾舆情传播带来一定的启示和思考。

     

    Abstract: When an earthquake occurs, if the public opinion cannot be predicted correctly and handled properly, it may cause public panic. In the era of big data, the practice of new media with real-time characteristics reasonably guiding network public opinion on the earthquake and helping earthquake management departments to take effective measures to carry out public opinion monitoring can play an important role in earthquake disaster prevention and reduction. However, fragmented new media will also aggravate the complexity of dissemination when it disseminates, resulting in the problem of “information cocoons”. Therefore, in this paper, by studying the process of earthquake network dissemination, it conducted an in-depth analysis of the law of information dissemination, and summarized the disadvantages of current public opinion induction, hoping to bring some enlightenment and thinking to the future public opinion dissemination of earthquake disaster prevention and reduction.
