Research on Yunnan TV Earthquake Early Warning Information Release

  • 摘要: 为拓宽云南地震预警信息发布渠道,更好地服务广大用户,基于云南移动、云南电信和云南联通原有电视播发体系,提出了云南电视地震预警信息发布系统总体架构设计方案。根据发布原则,选定MQTT协议、HTTP协议和JSON格式作为预警信心发布平台和机顶盒端或播控后台数据交互方式,并结合运营商提供的机顶盒或用户位置信息实现了云南电视地震预警信息发布。经综合测试,验证了机顶盒的兼容性,系统的时效性、可靠性等方面的优势。

     

    Abstract: In order to broaden the distribution channels of Yunnan earthquake early warning(EEW)information and better serve the vast number of users, we proposes the overall framework design scheme of the Yunnan TV EEW information release system based on the original TV broadcast system of Yunnan Mobile, Yunnan Telecom and Yunnan Unicom. According to the publishing principle, the MQTT protocol, HTTP protocol and JSON format are selected as the data interaction format between the early warning information release platform and the set-top box or the broadcast control backend. Then the data interaction format is combined with the location information of the set-top box or user information to realize the Yunnan TV EEW information release. After comprehensive testing, the compatibility of the set-top box, the timeliness and reliability of the system have been verified.
