基于“三网一员”的震后灾情速报系统设计与应用

Design and Application of Post Earthquake Disaster Rapid Report System based on “Three Networks and One Information Reporter”

  • 摘要: 为了在震后尽快获得灾情数据,在安徽省“三网一员”工作建设良好的基础上,介绍了震后灾情速报系统的研发情况,对系统构架和手机APP的使用做了说明,并且详细阐述了技术方案和地震烈度的制定依据。模拟地震中的应用结果表明,在震后的黑箱期内,该系统在0.5 h左右可以产出灾情数据和烈度分布情况,给后续灾情判断及救援提供了第一手灾情信息,并且可以对地震烈度图的确定提供补充。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain disaster data immediately after the earthquake, based on the existing "Three Networks and One Information Reporter" system in Anhui Province, this paper introduces the research of the post earthquake disaster rapid report system, explains the system structure and the use of mobile app, and expounds in detail the basis for the formulation of the technical scheme and earthquake intensity. The application results in the simulated earthquake show that in the black box period after the earthquake, the system can output disaster data and intensity distribution in about half an hour, which provides first hand disaster data for disaster assessment and supports rescue team deployment, and can make a better supplement to the seismic intensity map.
