基于多源信道融合的云南地震现场视频会议系统设计与应用

Design and Application of the Video Conference System for Earthquake Emergency in Yunnan Based on Multi-source Channel Fusion

  • 摘要: 针对现有云南地震现场视频会议系统网络信道多、装备杂、设备重与震后视频会议保障风险高的情况,设计了互联网、行业网、卫星网三网并联+串联的网络平台,并在此平台上搭建宝利通、小鱼易连和网络视频会议多视频在线的视频会议系统,有效降低了震后视频会议保障过程中网络中断和视频会议掉线的风险。自该系统建成以来,已在多次破坏性地震中进行了应用,视频会议效果良好,有力地保障了地震现场指挥部地震应急响应和处置工作。

     

    Abstract: The previous video conference system for earthquake emergency in Yunnan adopts multiple network channels, contains complicated and heavy equipments, and faces the risk of disconnection of the video conference. To address these problems, we designed a new network platform which uses the Internet, the industry network, and the satellite network in parallel and in series. On this platform, we built a multisource video conference system consisting of Polycom, XYLink and Network. The system is capable of reducing the risk of network interruption or video conference disconnection in post-earthquake video conferences. The system has been approved to be effective in the emergency of destructive earthquake events in Yunnan, and has facilitated the earthquake emergency response and disposal.
