Abstract: Based on the literature analysis function of CiteSpace software, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the literatures related to location based services in CNKI Chinese database from 2000 to 2020 from the aspects of the change of the number of articles published, the relationship of authors, the analysis of keywords and the change of research topics. The application of location based service in different research fields, especially in disaster research, is summarized. Finally, based on the analysis and summary of the research status of location based service in China, the future development trend and research fields that need to be strengthened are pointed out.
