震后G318泸定段磨子沟泥石流治理研究

Study on Mozigou Gully Debris Flow Control in Luding Section of G318 after Earthquake

  • 摘要: 汶川“5•12”、 芦山“4•20”地震后,引发震区及周边区域大量的次生灾害,为泥石流的暴发提供了地质条件和物源条件。通过对G318泸定段磨子沟泥石流地震破坏的研究、泥石流形成条件的分析、灾害历史和危害性的调查、运动特征的计算,提出设置“4座拦砂坝+防护堤、排导槽”的综合治理措施。科学分析震后泥石流的成因机制和特点,因势利导遵循防治规律,才能更好地保护国家重大交通干线和人民的生命财产安全,降低甚至消除泥石流的危害。

     

    Abstract: The Wenchuan "5•12" and Lushan "4•20" earthquakes triggered a large number of secondary disasters in the earthquake area and surrounding areas, providing geological conditions and rich material source conditions for the outbreak of debris flow. Through the research on the earthquake damage of Mozi gully debris flow in G318 Luding section, the analysis of the formation conditions of debris flow, the investigation of disaster history and harmfulness, and the calculation of movement characteristics, the comprehensive treatment measures of "four sand retaining dams + protective dikes and drainage channels" are put forward. Scientific analysis of the formation mechanism and characteristics of post earthquake debris flow, making good use of the situation and following the prevention and control law can better protect the safety of national major traffic trunk lines and people's lives and property, and reduce or even eliminate the harm of debris flow. The investigation and treatment of post earthquake debris flow and the maintenance and repair of existing projects will be a long-term process and the focus of future research.
