Background Noise Characteristics of Jiangsu Seismological Network

  • 摘要: 为进一步了解江苏地区台站的背景噪声情况,提升台站的观测资料质量,通过对江苏省宽频台站2019年连续波形记录进行噪声功率谱概率密度函数计算,对江苏地区台基噪声水平进行分析。结果表明:江苏地区的人文噪声高值主要集中在江苏中南部地区;通过对台站日变化分析,江苏省日变化较大地区主要集中在常熟、昆山等长三角地区;深井架设地震计可以有效地降低人文噪声的干扰。

     

    Abstract: In order to further understand the background noise of stations in Jiangsu Province and improve the quality of observation data, the noise power spectrum probability density function of continuous waveform records of Broadband Stations in Jiangsu Province in 2019 was calculated, and the noise level of stations in Jiangsu Province was analyzed. The results show that the high value of human noise in Jiangsu Province is mainly concentrated in the central and southern part of Jiangsu Province. Based on the analysis of the daily variation of stations, the areas with large daily variation in Jiangsu Province are mainly concentrated in Changshu, Kunshan and other Yangtze River Delta regions. Setting up seismometers in deep wells can effectively reduce the interference of human noise.
