Abstract:
In order to improve the azimuth angle accuracy of the Fujian seismic network, we used the high-precision north finder to correct the azimuth of the station in 2013. This paper mainly uses the principle of P-wave particle motion and the "SNR-weighted-multievent" method, and selects teleseisms with a global scope of M≥6.0 as the research object. Taking 2013 as the boundary, we compared the changes of the azimuth angle of the stations belonging to the Fujian network in two stages, and found out the reasons for the large deviation of the azimuth angles of some stations in combination with the maintenance log, so as to eliminate the obstacles to continuously improve and maintain the accuracy of azimuth.
