广西靖西MS5.2级地震序列重新绝对定位

Absolute Relocation of the Guangxi Jingxi MS5.2 Earthquake Sequence

  • 摘要: 收集广西地震台网固定台和流动台记录的靖西5.2级地震序列资料,采用hyp2000方法对广西靖西5.2级地震序列进行重新绝对定位,并对比不同地壳速度模型和起始搜索深度对定位结果的影响。结果显示,采用综合模型、2 km为起始搜索深度的定位结果较为理想。重定位后地震序列呈NE向展布,与震中区NE走向的下雷-灵马断裂基本一致。地震序列震源深度主要分布于4~8 km,5.2级地震震源深度约3.5 km,4.3级余震震源深度约6.0 km,表明此次地震序列是一次发生在上地壳的地震活动。本文结果可为后续发震构造精细研究和地震发生机理探讨提供资料支撑。

     

    Abstract: We systematically collect the data of the Guangxi Jingxi MS5.2 earthquake sequence recorded by the fixed and mobile stations of the Guangxi Earthquake Networks Center, and use the hyp2000 method to absolutely relocate the Guangxi Jingxi MS5.2 earthquake sequence, and compare the different crustal velocity structure models and initiation of search depth on locating results. The results show that it is ideal to use a comprehensive model with 2 km as the starting search depth. The sequence of the earthquake was spread in the NE direction, which was basically consistent with the NE-trending Xialei-Lingma fault near the epicenter. The depth of the earthquake sequence is mainly distributed in 4 ~ 8 km, the relocation depth of the MS5.2 earthquake is about 3.5 km, and the relocation depth of the 4.3 aftershock is about 6.0km, indicating that the earthquake sequence is a seismic activity occurring in the upper crust. The results of this paper may provide data support for subsequent research of the seismogenic structures and the occurrence mechanism.
