In accordance with the concept of "taking prevention as the main task and combining prevention with rescue", this paper makes a detailed analysis of the business requirements and management status of earthquake disaster prevention in Shiyan City, and designs and develops the information technology service system software suitable for the requirements of Shiyan earthquake resistance by using java programming language. The system is composed of multiple subsystems, with a mixed architecture of C / S and B / S, and MySQL relational database. The system construction, divided into professional version and public version, realizes the information service and business management functions of earthquake disaster risk inquiry, earthquake administration service, earthquake prevention and mitigation demonstration, safety technology service of agricultural houses, rapid assessment of earthquake disaster, basic seismic data, etc., which can provide scientific guidance, popular science publicity, rapid response, auxiliary decision support for earthquake disaster prevention in Shiyan City, It provides reference for follow-up development of integrated system for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
