Realization and Application of Shiyan Earthquake Disaster Prevention Technology Service System

  • 摘要: 按照“以防为主、防抗救相结合”的理念要求,对十堰市震害防御工作业务需求和管理现状进行详细分析,利用JAVA编程语言设计开发了适用于十堰抗震设防要求的信息化技术服务系统软件,系统由多个子系统组成,采用C/S 和B/S 混合架构, 数据库采用MySQL关系型数据库。系统建设分为专业版和公众版,实现了地震灾害风险查询、地震行政服务、防震减灾示范、农居安全技术服务和震害快速评估、地震基础数据等信息化服务和业务管理功能,可为十堰市震害防御提供科学指导、科普宣传、震灾快速应对、辅助决策支持,提高了工作效率,为后续防震减灾综合系统的开发提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In accordance with the concept of "taking prevention as the main task and combining prevention with rescue", this paper makes a detailed analysis of the business requirements and management status of earthquake disaster prevention in Shiyan City, and designs and develops the information technology service system software suitable for the requirements of Shiyan earthquake resistance by using java programming language. The system is composed of multiple subsystems, with a mixed architecture of C / S and B / S, and MySQL relational database. The system construction, divided into professional version and public version, realizes the information service and business management functions of earthquake disaster risk inquiry, earthquake administration service, earthquake prevention and mitigation demonstration, safety technology service of agricultural houses, rapid assessment of earthquake disaster, basic seismic data, etc., which can provide scientific guidance, popular science publicity, rapid response, auxiliary decision support for earthquake disaster prevention in Shiyan City, It provides reference for follow-up development of integrated system for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
