南通市工程建设的设计地震动参数选择

Ground Motion Parameters for Engineering Construction Design in Nantong City

  • 摘要: 根据建设工程的重要性和工程场地的地震背景合理选择设计地震动参数,是工程建设抗震设防的基础工作。文章以南通市工程建设为例论述了合理选择设计地震动参数存在的主要问题及经验做法。在南通地区选择设计地震动参数的主要依据是《中国地震动参数区划图》(GB19306—2015)和工程建设抗震设计的行业规范,对于重要工程和地震损坏后次生灾害严重的工程,应当进行专门的地震安全性评价来确定设计地震动参数;在最大加速度相同的前提下,影响南通市地震动力最大的地震波来自苏北滨海断裂和栟茶河断裂上M6左右的破坏性地震;对南通市多遇地震的地震波,建议选择M6左右震中距60 km以上地震的加速度记录,再将地震加速度调整为35 cm/s2以后供结构抗震设计使用。

     

    Abstract: Rational selecting the design ground motion parameters is the basic work of aseismic design for engineering construction. Taking the engineering construction of Nantong City as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems in the selection of design ground motion parameters. The main basis for selecting design ground motion parameters in this area is “China Ground Motion Parameter Zoning Map”(GB19306—2015)and related industry standard for seismic design of engineering construction. For important projects or projects with serious secondary disasters after earthquake damage, special seismic safety evaluation should be carried out to determine the design ground motion parameters. On the premise of the same maximum acceleration, the most powerful seismic wave affecting Nantong city comes from the destructive earthquake of M6 on the Binhai fault and Bengchahe fault in Northern Jiangsu Province. For the frequent earthquake waves in Nantong City, it is suggested to select the acceleration records of the earthquakes with the epicenter distance of about 60 km from M6, which can be used for the seismic design of the structure after adjusting the seismic acceleration to 35 cm/s2.
