Distribution Characteristics of Coda Wave Q0Value in Shanghai Area Based on the Sato Model

  • 摘要: 利用2011—2017年上海台网记录的上海及周边50 km内的地震事件,使用Sato模型,计算了东滩台、大洋山台、佘山台、天平山台、秦皇山台所在地区的尾波值,结果显示:上海及邻近地区整体呈现西高东低的分布,在东部沿海地区较低,浦西地区较高;根据上海台网的地震事件记录,发现上海地区地震虽然基本呈现弥散性分布,并没有出现沿断裂分布趋势,而整体分布为东部沿海地区及海域多于浦西地区;结合上海地区尾波值分布规律分析表明,所得Q0值数据能够较好地反映该区域地震活动性。

     

    Abstract: Digital seismic event data within 50 km of Shanghai and its surrounding areas recorded by the Shanghai network from 2011 to 2017 were used to calculate the tail wave Q0value of seismic code at 5 seismic stations in Dongtan, Dayangshan, Sheshan, Tianpingshan, Qinhuangshan based on the Sato model. The results Show that the Q0values of Shanghai and its surrounding areas generally show a high west and low east distribution, Q0value is lower in the eastern coastal areas and higher in the Puxi area. According to the seismic event records of Shanghai network, it is found that although the earthquakes in Shanghai area are generally distributed diffusedly, there is no trend of distribution along the faults, there are more seismic events in the eastern coastal areas and the sea areas than in the Puxi area. By comparing the seismic event records of Shanghai network databases with the Q0value of seismic code, the results Q0values of seismic coda reflects the seismicity characteristics in Shanghai area.
