MCU在地震应急视频会议系统中的应用

Application of MCU in Video Conference System for Earthquake Emergency Response

  • 摘要: 介绍了北京市地震局应急指挥中心MCU高清视频会议系统的设计与实现,分析了MCU在地震应急视频会议系统中的优势,并阐述了MCU不同组会模式在地震应急指挥和日常会议中的应用。通过多点台站、区地震局和三方级联模式在地震演练和日常会议中的应用案例表明,MCU的建设在提高应急联动协调能力和满足日常会议需求方面起着重要作用,未来使用云视频、MCU资源池等技术更有助于资源的合理利用。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the design and implementation of MCU (Multipoint Control Unit) high-definition video conferencing system in emergency command center of Beijing Earthquake Agency, analyses the advantages of MCU in earthquake emergency video conferencing system, and expounds the application of different groups of MCU in earthquake emergency command and daily meetings. It shows that the construction of MCU can improve the coordination ability of emergency response. It plays an important role in meeting the needs of daily meetings. In the future, cloud video, MCU resource pool and other technologies will be more conducive to the rational use of resources.
