云南地震应急视频互联技术的应用和研究

Application Researchof Earthquake Emergency Video Interconnection Technology in Yunnan Province

  • 摘要: 通过剖析云南地震应急视频技术的研究和应用历程,从系统组成和运行原理角度分析了视频互联技术在阶段性发展过程对地震应急指挥工作产生的推动作用,以及在典型破坏性地震应急响应工作中的实战效果。结果表明:分布式、虚拟化和多网互联技术符合未来地震应急视频会议系统的应用需求,发展云视频技术有助于提升地震应急科技保障能力。

     

    Abstract: By reviewing the development course of Yunnan earthquake emergency video conference system, from the perspective of system composition and construction, this paper expounds the impetus of video interconnection technology in the process of earthquake emergency command and the actual combat effect in typical destructive earthquake emergency response work. Theresults show that distributed, virtual and multi-network interconnection technology conforms to the application requirements of future earthquake emergency video conference system, the development of cloud video technology can help improve the earthquake emergency technology support ability.
