Abstract: In the paper, the annual mean data and the annual variation curve of the 10 geomagnetic stations in Hebei and the surrounding areas from 2008 to 2016 are analyzed. The analysis shows that:the three components show monotonic change; the total annual change rate of the Z component and F component from the beginning of 2008 show an upward trend. Then, the characteristics of magnetic field are studied using Kriging interpolation and the results indicated that:in the study area, the three components of the isoline are slowly moving from north to south as time goes on. The study has great significance to understand the geomagnetic field variation in Hebei and its adjacent areas in recent years.
