Abstract: According to the investigation and interview to the Zhaotong and Ludian county seismological bureau and other government agencies, enterprise, and detailed understanding of the earthquake contingency plan in the Ludian earthquake emergency response process played a role. We make a summary of the existing problems of the parties to the earthquake contingency plan in the earthquake emergency response. This conclusion can be used as a reference for the revision and improvement of the earthquake contingency plan at county level.
