Abstract: We have carried out a large number of network social investigations on the issues related to the earthquake early warning information release. The results show that the publication of earthquake warning information should be the authority of the technology or administration; the content of information should be concise and understandable; the publication range should be centered around areas that may cause personal injury, and the surrounding area should be appropriately radiation; the means of publishing should cover all communication means as far as possible. For earthquake early warning information may be an error, more than half of the public expressed understanding,furthermore this error may be transformed into a positive factor. Finally, in order to make the earthquake early warning system to reduce the real effect of the earthquake disaster, it is also needed to carry out scientific propaganda and emergency exercise, and improve the people's earthquake emergency hedge awareness.
