地震应急科技保障信息特征分析与分类编码--以鲁甸地震为例

Characteristic Analysis and Classification Coding of Scientific Tech-support Information for the Earthquake Emergency Response--Taking the Ludian Earthquake as A Example

  • 摘要: 省级地震应急指挥中心科技保障信息是在地震应急后方处置工作流程中产出、搜集、整理的各类震区基础资料,以及能够提供震情、灾情和辅助决策的相关文档、数据、图件、照片、视频等信息,具有多源性、异构性、海量性、共享性等特点。以2014年云南鲁甸6.5级地震为例,对地震应急过程中的科技保障信息开展了特征分析和研究,建立了一套科技保障信息的分类和编码体系,更好地保障地震应急工作的需要。

     

    Abstract: The scientific tech-support information of provincial earthquake emergency command center is processed and collected and arranged from earthquake emergency rear disposal and contains various types of the earthquake zone's basic data and can provide earthquake and disaster situation and decision support. It contains documents, date, maps, photos, videos and other types and with multi-source, heterogeneous, numerous and sharing characteristics. This paper analyzes the technology-support information of the 2014 Ludian MS6.5 earthquake and proposed a set of classification and coding system.
