关中西部地区地震灾害人口脆弱性评估

Assessment of Seismic Population Vulnerability of Western Guanzhong

  • 摘要: 利用层次分析法,以关中西部的宝鸡市为例,选取11项主要人口指标作为研究对象,对其进行计算和分析。结果表明:人口总数是影响宝鸡地区地震灾害人口脆弱性的主要因素;人口结构决定了区域对地震灾害反应的敏感程度;区域的社会经济发展水平在一定程度上制约着当地的应灾恢复能力;人口脆弱性在空间分布上具有明显的差异性。通过对人口脆弱性进行分析评价,可以有效地为关中西部地区开展防震减灾活动提供定量化依据。

     

    Abstract: Take Baoji as an example, we select 11 main population indexes as the research objectsto study seismic population vulnerability of western Guanzhong using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results show that the population is the main factor which has influence on the vulnerability of earthquake in Baoji region; the sensitivity degree of response to earthquake is determined by population structure; social economic development level of the region restricts the recovery ability from disasters in a certain degree; the spatial population vulnerability distribution has obvious difference. Vulnerability analysis and evaluation can provide effective quantitative basis for earthquake disasters prevention and mitigation activities of western Guanzhong.
