Talk on the R Value Method for Earthquake Prediction

  • 摘要: 提出R值评分方法的评分结果存在的问题，进而对原R值评分法进行一定程度地改进，给出了R值评分的一个简便计算方法，同时从虚报和漏报、方法的有效性、评分结果的客观性、样本量的影响程度等方面进行简单验证。本文的研究克服了多年来在R值评分中的诸多困扰，力图更客观地对地震预报结果进行评价。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems existing in the R value evaluation methods, we provides a simple and convenient calculation method of R value, and test its effectiveness, result objectivity, influence of sample size. The results show that the calculation method improves R value methods.
