云南地震灾情速报系统设计探讨

Design of Earthquake Disaster Rapid Reporting System in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 探讨构建云南地震灾情速报系统的设计方案,提出了地震灾情速报系统的整体设计方案,阐述了系统建设的目标、系统的总体框架、技术流程、主要功能和关键技术,并通过对原型系统测试,验证了方案的可行性。

     

    Abstract: In order to acquire the earthquake-disaster information more efficiently so as to facilitate the rapid, post-earthquake report of the disasters, we built an earthquake disaster rapid reporting system to collect and display the earthquake-disaster information in Yunnan. The design scheme is described including its goal, overall framework, technical processes, main functions, and key techniques. A test on the prototype system proved that the scheme is feasible.
