内嵌CFRP板加固钢筋混凝土梁试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE RC BEAMS STRENGTHENED WITH NEAR-SURFACE MOUNTED CFRP PLATE

  • 摘要: 分别对外贴CFRP板加固钢筋混凝土梁、内嵌CFRP板加固钢筋混凝土梁(采用不同粘结材料进行粘结)、未加固钢筋混凝土梁进行静力受弯试验,并对试件承载力、荷载-跨中挠度曲线、荷载-应变曲线以及试验梁的裂缝形态进行分析。试验结果表明:内嵌碳纤维板加固法可以更好的提高梁的抗弯承载力,约束裂缝的发展;以水泥砂浆为粘结材料的内嵌碳纤维板加固梁承载力、延性等性能都较好,具有明显的经济优势。

     

    Abstract: The test group experimented on the RC beams(the conventional beam, the strengthened beam with CFRP plate on the surface and three strengthened beams with Near-Surface Mounted with different adhesive materials) under static bends load.This paper analyzed the bearing capacity, load-deflection curve, load-strain curve and fracture shape of specimens.The test results shows that the strengthened beams with near-surface mounted CFRP plate can improve the bending strength and inhibit the crack growth.The bending strength and ductility of the strengthened beams with near-surface mounted CFRP plate bonded by cement mortar were good, and with evident economic advantage.
