从断层泥的微观特征研究临汾盆地两条断层-苏堡断层与赤峪断层的活动性

STUDY OF ACTIVITIES OF THE FAULT ZONES-SUBAO FAULT AND CHIYU FAULT IN THE LINFEN BASIN BY THE MICROSCOPE FEATURES OF FAULT GOUGES

  • 摘要: 通过对断层泥的粒度组成、粘土矿物组成以及石英颗粒表面结构等微观特征分析,推测苏堡断层在上新世至早更新世期间曾经活动过,晚更新世又重新活动;赤峪断层由中更新世晚期至晚更新世早期不同产状的断层分别活动而形成。全新世以来断层未再有活动。室内微观分析结果与野外观测地质资料相吻合。

     

    Abstract: Acording to microscopic analysis of the data on the grain size and clay mineral compositions, as well as the surface textures of quartz grains in the fault gouges, we estimate the Subao fault was activated during the Pliocene to the Early Pleistocene, and was activated again in the Middle Pleistocene, the Chiyu fault was formed by the separate faulting of the different occurrence fault during the late Middle Pleistocene to early Late Pleistocene, They have not had any activity since the Holecene. The results of the microscopic analysis coincide with the geological information observed from the field.
