辽东半岛活动断裂和金州6级地震的构造背景

ACTIVE FAULTS IN LIAODONG PENINSULA AND THE TECTONIC SETTING OF THE JINZHOU EARTHQUAKE OF MAGNITUDE 6

  • 摘要: 本文通过辽东半岛76张不同时间获得的卫星图象,进行断裂活动性判读,发现了一条北东向曲家屯活动断裂。并作了部分野外验证。对1861年金州6级地震的地质构造背景进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the characteristics of the activa fai1ts in Liaodong peninsula based on the interpretaion of Landsat imagery.A total of 76 photoes from 19 sets of Landsat imagery which were shot at different times has been used. As a result, the northeast trending Qujiatun fault has been revealed as an active fault. In order to confirm the results of the interpretation, field work has been carried out in some regions. The tectonic setting of the Jinzhou earthquake has also been discussed briefly.
