邢台强余震前的异常波形

ANOMALOUS WAVE FORM BEFORE STRONG AFTERSHOCK OF XINGTAI EARTHQUAKE

  • 摘要: 本文通过对(1970年~1985年)红山地震台所记录的台站周围地震资料的分析,发现较大地震前的小震大多呈现一种异常波形。我们对这种波形的特征进行了分析,并从统计的角度探索了它作为强余震前兆信息的可能性。结果表明,异常小震的震中与未来较大余震的震中相近;异常地震与强余震之间的时间间隔在数分钟至几天之间,异常小震的震级与未来较大地震的震级无明显的对应关系。最后,对产生这种波形的可能机制从震源区介质。应力场方面作了初浅的讨论。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of seismic data from 1970-1975 of Hongshan Seismological St-ation, it is found that most of microearthguakes occured before large aftershocks show anomolous wave forms.We have analysed their characteristics and statistically discussed its possibility of being as precursory information before large aftershock.The results have shown that epicenter of such small aftershocks is near that of coming large aftersh-ock, that the time interval between anomalous shock and strong aftershock ranges from several minutes to days, and that the relation between the magnitudes of small aftersho-cks and coming large aftershock is not obvious.Finally, the possible mechanism produc-ing anomalous wave form has been discussed in stress field and medium of focal region.
