Abstract: On November 7, 1976, an earthquake(=6.7Ms)occurred in the boundary between Yanyuan in Sichuan province and Ninglang in Yunnan province.In the paper, the data of geodetic surveying within a range of 300KM around the seismic area are recalculated.For a part of the data, the error estimate and adjustment are reprocessed.The crustal deformationin the area befor and after Yanyuan-Ninglang earthquake is roughly outlined.And a qualitative description is made for its characteristics.
