Abstract: Administration and scientific research service is one topic of conversation warmheartedly followed with interest by the people who engage in social production and social life of all trades and professions.Either for reform and opening to the outside world, or scientific reseaarch, or even for the national economic construction, we could not depart from it.Therefore, we must have an optimum administrative ranks to serve the people who make scientific research.This paper, combining with the organ's working characteristics and the author's own practice, discusses this problem in three respects and makes a preliminary discussion on bow to do administration work well.
