1830年河北磁县强震区活动构造初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDY OF ACTIVE STRUCTURE OF THE 1830 CIXIAN STRONG EARTHQUAKE AREA IN HEBEI PROVINCE

  • 摘要: 根据航片判读及野外调查,提出河北磁县存在北西西向全新世隆起,该隆起北缘的北西西向南山村断裂带是本区的活动断裂。断裂活动为正倾滑。活动依据有错断山体的基岩陡崖、河床中晚全新世地层的陡坡沉积及沿断裂带展布的线性黄土、碎石楔。该断裂带被认为是1830年磁县地震的地震断层。

     

    Abstract: According to the aerophone interpretation and field investigation, this paper shows there is a Holocene uplift belt striking NWW in Cixian County area. The NWW Nanshancun fault on the north of the uplift belt is an active fault, which is a normal dip-slip fault and has a little left-lateral strikeslip on the basis of coal geological information. Along the active fault, there are large-scale bedrock scarps and the wedge in which loess and broken stone can be found. In the late Holocene system there are scarps. This active fault is considered as the seismic-fault of the 1830 Cixian earthquake with magnitude 7.5.
