Abstract: By analyses of the meteorologic data of Hebei Province in several ten years before and after the Xingtai earthquake, it is considered that the meteorologic factors before the Xingtai earthquake showed obvious anomalous characteristics. The atmospheric pressure and atmospheric temperature showed short-term and imminent seismic precursory information, the precipitation showed mid-term anomaly, the characteristics of anomalous increase of shallow ground temperature were obvious before the earthquake. In this paper, the anomalous variations of the various meteorologic factors before the Xingtai earthquake have been collected and discussed.
