蓄电池的无谓放电故障及处理方法

THE POINTLESS DISCHARGING OF ACCUMULATOR AND ITS COUNTERMEASURE

  • 摘要: 在地震、地磁等交直流两用仪器中,外接蓄电池的无谓放电是一种隐性故障。它的存在,会使蓄电池充电的频率增加、使用寿命缩短。本文以DJ-1型地震记录仪为例,揭示了影响蓄电池无谓放电的原因,定量地分析了蓄电池无谓放电电流与滤波电容及其它因素的关系,并提出处理方法。

     

    Abstract: pointless discharging of the accumulator is a kind of recessive malfunction for the instruments charged by alternating or direct current used in seismological and geomagnetic survey.it may increase the frequency of the charging for the accumulator and shorten its service life.Taking DJ-1 earthquake recorder as example,we revealed the causes for pointless discharging of the accumulator,and analyzed the relationship between pointless discharging current and the wave-filtering capactiance as well as other factors quantitatively.The countermeasures are presented.
