Abstract: Based on the analysis to the late,fail and wrong telegraphic code in seismic precursor data report of Hebei province in 1998 and the application,we developed this program with BASIC language.The program is easy to learn and correct,suitable to the application of seismostation.It can carry out the function of reminding and correction.The telegraph text that it makes automatically is up to the standard of China Seismological Bureau,and makes the transfer of seismic precursor data more easy,quick and accurate.
