以灾害人类学的方法探讨防震减灾知识需求

Knowledge Requirement Discussion on Earthquake Preparedness and Disaster Reduction Using the Method of Disaster Anthropology

  • 摘要: 需求调研是防震减灾知识宣传教育工作针对性、有效性的重要基础。以弥渡防震减灾主题花灯表演为案例,创新提出以灾害人类学田野调查的研究方法开展防震减灾知识需求调研工作的对策建议:①争取学科融合,以灾害人类学田野调查的研究方法探讨防震减灾知识需求;②寻求资源整合,依托高校、科研院所的人类学专业团队及相关力量开展防震减灾知识需求调研;③分步骤、分区域开展防震减灾知识需求调研。

     

    Abstract: The requirement investigation is the important foundation for us to make our publicity and training work about earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction more people-oriented and more effective. In this paper, the author makes a case study of a theme performance of the earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction in the form of a local Lantern Festival in Midu County, Yunnan Province through a field investigation according to the Anthropology of Disaster. Further, the author puts forward the following suggestions and solutions for the requirement investigation:Firstly, referring to other disciplines, researchers are able to study people's requirement through field investigation according to the Anthropology of Disaster. Secondly, relying on the Anthropology teams and related working staff from universities or institutes, researchers are able to do the investigation. Thirdly, researchers should do the investigation step by step in different regions.
